Job Description: We are seeking a Client Relations Manager to maintain and strengthen our relationships with key pharmaceutical clients in the United States. This role involves acting as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met, and identifying opportunities for further collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
· Work closely with the consulting team to align client needs with service offerings.
· Identify opportunities for upselling and expanding client accounts.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
· 5+ years of experience in client relationship management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or consulting industry.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
· A proactive approach to client management and problem-solving.
